Shipping policy

We use a 3-5 day delivery service. Royal Mail will be used for the magority of orders but we reserve the right to which carrier is used.

It may take UP TO 15 Working Days for them to deliver an item.

If you would like a specific service contact us prior to placing the order as there may be a surcharge.
If the item is over 1m or heavier than 10kg there may be a surcharge to remote areas. You can contact us if you are unsure.

If you cannot wait 15 working days we suggest using the express delivery option in which a 1-2 day delivery service is used (Pick and packing time is still the same)

It can take 1-3 working days to pick and pack your order
